ROOM
Rates
We provide accommodation for visitors with a reasonable price. Our services are luxury accommodation as from R630.00 to R1100.00 per night, breakfast (optional) an extra R160.00 per person is charged.
Seasonal special rates are available, as well as long stays up to 30% discount.
Meals are pre-arranged with management. We are always ready to assist with the guest’s specific needs.
We do not provide lunches or suppers (except special prior arrangements)
Bookings/Reservations can be done online, email, telephone or on premises. If the prospect is approved, an immediate deposit must be paid. All payments are by EFT, proof of deposit in our Bank Account is a requirement. We do not accept credit cards.
Guest’s charges must be paid in full prior to receiving any keys to the property (Special arrangement can be made – if required).
Check-in time is after 14:00. (if the arrival will be after 18:00 it need to be pre-arranged). Check out time: 10:00. No bookings after 19:30
BOOKING
Terms & Conditions
All payments are by cash, or proof of deposit in our Bank Account.
Rooms are available to the Guest for accommodation purpose only and for the period stated on the booking form. Guests are not permitted to host parties or functions of any kind while staying at the property and noise level after 21:00 should be kept to a minimum out of respect of neighbouring properties. No pets allowed on the premises.
In consideration for accommodation rent paid by the contract/Guest to Kwa-Dlamathe Guest House, the Guest agrees as follow conditions; All payments are by cash, or proof of deposit in our Bank Account.
- Guest charges must be paid in full prior to receiving any keys to the property (except special arrangement are made).
- Additional fees will apply for Guest’s laundry services.
- If excess cleaning is required outside of standard clean time additional fee may be charged.
- Bookings/Reservations can be made on line
The contract for accommodation shall not be effective until the Booking Agent sends the Guest’s written confirmation of the booking. The Guest acknowledges that the Booking Agent acts as booking agent for the Owner and not as a principal.
GUEST
Responsibilities
- General cleanliness and tidiness of the property.
- No item found on the property and the room should be removed from the room and the property.
- All rubbish should be placed in a garbage bin provided.
- A deposit must be paid for the replacement of lost keys (refunded on departure)
- Any other incidental charges that may incurred as a results of Guest’s stay. These will be charged on the final invoice.
- If stay past stipulated departure time/check out time an additional night rent will be charged.
